Yvette Dubel (ydubel)

Hometown:
Nowhere i care to mention
About Me:
Creating alternatives for better living, including how we do business & market the business we do. Currently developing a social enterprise(s) that starts with art and invites others to join in to become part of solutions addressing issues that range from environmental crisis to poverty.

Recently my focus has been primarily on Cultural Fusion (see website link)
Mission:
"Developing work that shares informed insight into the impact on the social and business landscape when unique attention and awareness as expressed in exclusive products which represent creativity as an asset within a re-envisioning of the capitalist framework that embraces radical inclusion in a philosophical and economic approach."

If you have the right product/service Cultural_Fusion events can be your launch event, key part of R&D, meaningful marketing or relationship building opportunity. As we face issues associated with overflowing landfills new industries emerge (i.e. textiles made from recycled plastics) and need to be introduced in a memorable context to connect with existing/potential customers. If you connect with your endusers, everyone else will follow.

I am interested in connecting with and increasing awareness of businesses and individuals that are making a difference for the better.

For a peek into the Santa Fe community, visit http://www.designweeksantafe.com/
This is going on at the moment, and you'll probably find many points of linkage with the people there.

About real estate, feel free to email me at

I'd like to think I've got a broad set of interests, too! For the most part, though, I work on technology-related research. Currently, I'm looking at five "big issues" that I think will change the way that IT is used/perceived within society: green IT, IT in healthcare, social media, data governance, and the changing role of the IT function within the enterprise. Does any of this align with things you're interested in?

Hi Yvette! I got your "Friend request", and accepted (I think - I'm still pretty new to Ning).

Your profile looks very interesting! Is there some way that I can be of help to you?

Hi Yvette, How are you. I'm back in the office. I had some time to contemplate things over the weekend - I'd like to discuss next steps, when you're ready. Take care.

Hi Yvette, maybe a phone call would be in order. Things are a little hectic at the moment but I'll be back in the office after 2 pm (CST). My number is 979-575-6401. I am totally into strategic alliances and have an extensive network, I just need to get a better idea of what you have going on. Call me at any time if that is OK?

Hi Yvette,
You've been busy in the last 24 hours. It looks like you have many interesting projects that you are involved with. I have two other projects, beyond the hyperspectral sensor - wireless internet portals in Dept. of Trans. rest areas and rural communities and a new, meaning based online community (a sort-of myspace for grown-ups). I haven't launched the community yet but the domain is iamsharing.com. BTW: both my mother and sister were artists.
