I am a computer scientist/mathematician with a strong interest in Mexico. My wife and I adopted a little girl there about 11 years ago. I was invited to give a lecture at a conference at Monterrey Tec in 1994. We have traveled around most parts of Mexico.

I am fairly fluent in Spanish. On a volunteer basis, I translate historical documents, time permitting.
