Where is the Spanish Media?

We have recently started a new broadcast on Spanish Media. If you look for the French media you would find it in Paris, English media in London/NYC/LA, and the Spanish media? Miami and maybe LA! The Spanish language is controlled by an english speaking country. If you listen to Ari Zolberg's interview on my page, you will hear examples on how countries are designed by the power of that country. So, here is the question.

Does the US own and control the world's Spanish Media?
